Return & Exchange Policy 

Online order

  • We strongly recommend that you measure yourself accurately according to the size chart before making a purchase to avoid the unnecessary process of exchanging.
  • All product description, information and materials posted in the website are provided ‘as is’ and without warranties express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising. 
  • Product image as seen as on the site may slightly differ from the actual product that you received due lighting & editing.

Three (3) days of receiving your order 

  • You have 3 days to return an item from the date you received it. Notify us via Whatsapp once you have receive the parcel. at +6012-3546109
  • Any lateness will not be entertained and item(s) will be return back to customers.
  • If you wish to exchange sizes or return your item, you allow to exchanged size, kindly delivery back to us or we will arrange a pickup if available (*pickups is available once we have confirm your order can be pickup). 
  • If the item does not fit, you can always notify us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability. If we do not have the preferred size in stock, we will give you store credit of the item value (No cash refund).Store credit can be used for purchase new item, if the item price is lower than credit will be no balance refund.

Items that are damaged, marked or altered or without price tag may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

  • Please ensure to package your returned items properly in order to avoid damage Item must be returned clean and unworn with their original packaging (box and plastic). If we receive a return and it has been used or damaged, we cannot accept your return.
  • If the returns tag is still attached and item is in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if delivered back within.

Items under the essential (face mask) category are non-returnable

Pre-Order items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable 

Please take note that you can only exchange good bought only at www.zachrinjaafars.com and NOT other resellers. 

Exchanged policy is granted for 1 time per transaction 

  • We do not accept return on situations like change of mind or just don’t like the item. But, we are willing to help on you on exchange but strictly no refund. We can only offer you store credit e-voucher for you next purchase. 
  • Order cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained. The goods are customer’s responsibility until they have reached our warehouse.

We are not liable for any damaged or lost packages during the returns / exchange process. You will have to pay the costs of deliveries, return and taxes if imposed. You will be refunded in the form of Store Credit of the value of items bought. Store credit can be used for purchase new item, if the item price is lower there will be no balance refund. An email or WhatsApp notification will be sent to you once your store credit has been updated. 

Sales Item Policy 

  • All Sales are final. 
  • All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable except for no-stock item(s).
  • No cash refund on any defective items. We will do exchanged or store credit only. 
  • No refund on issue for example on situation: change of mind or just don’t like item, but we are willing to help on you on exchange. 

Cancellation by Customer (Faulty Product) 

  • All product description, information and materials posted in the website are provided ‘as is’ and without warranties express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising. 
  • Product image as seen as on the site may slightly differ from the actual product that you received. 
  • If the item you receive is faulty, please contact our online department team (+60123546109) and provide your order number, details of the product and reason for return, whether you require a refund or a replacement. 
  • In the event the product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the product and / or we may require you to pay all reasonable delivery costs and servicing coasts at our current standard fees. 

Cancellation by Customer (Non-Faulty Product)

  • In the event, the cancellation by customer is due to non-faulty product only 80%. Return from the amount paid of the product will be paid to the customer. 
  • Only cancellation made within 24 hours upon payment made will have right for refund.
